We strongly believe that the exercise program should have a purpose and carry over outside of the gym. Which means direct influence in their activity of daily or performance enhancement in the respective sport (MARATHON, DUATHLON, CYCLING, etc).
Our DYNAMIC TRAINING SYSTEM quite adaptable. When our members feel something they can’t do in the given training program, we immediately break it down into the simplest form possible. Once, they get the hang of it, we progress it again and make it interesting and challenging as well. Which works and produces great results in long-term.
