BAREFOOT BEACH TRAINING
Lot of our members got their results within their time frame inside the gym. Lately, they couldn’t motivated themselves. Their efforts wasn’t recognized at all. So, they started to loose their interest.
We decided to do something about it. Where member get motivated, excited and feel great about it.
We started the Dynamic Run Club. Where we do RUNNING, CYCLING, UPHILL TRAINING, BAREFOOT BEACH TRAINING & SURFING.
Just get up early in the Sunday morning and join with the like-minded people. Train outside and get rejuvenated. After the run, have a hot & healthy breakfast with group and discuss about the training. (COOL)
This training started to reflect positively on our members MARATHON running. When they got their medals, they felt worthy and meaningful about their efforts and time spent in training. Mostly, they ENJOYED it a lot.
